The Denton Day of the Dead Festival provides a number of opportunities for businesses and individuals interested in sponsoring the event. Sponsorship of an event of this nature is a vital part of its success. Denton’s DOD is a non-profit organization, and the proceeds are not only used to cover the festival’s expenses, but a portion is also donated to local charities.

Donations may be in the form of a financial or in-kind contribution. In-kind contribution may include building materials, rental equipment, art and craft supplies, candy, or any other items needed to manage the festival. The festival is a popular event and a wonderful way to show your support of the community. Below is a list of sponsorship categories and the benefits available with each one:

Sponsor Levels

Ringleaders : $5000 +

  • Sponsor banners displayed on Main Stage & Coffin Race Fencing.
    (Sponsor to provide banners – Main Stage dimensions TBD)
    (Coffin Race banners – dimensions – up to 32″ H x 72″ W)
  • Logo and recognition on festival posters, programs, signs, & social media.
  • Logo on all advertisements. (Sponsor to provide logo: due Sept 1st.)
  • Recognition during Coffin Races, and throughout the day on the Main Stage.
  • Opportunity to distribute/display promotional items at event. (Approval Required)
  • Five Festival T-shirts, provided by Pan-Ector Industries.
  • Four Cirque du Horror tickets.

Catrina : $2500

  • Logo and recognition on festival posters, programs, signs & social media.
  • Logo on all advertisements. (Sponsor to provide logo: due Sept 1st.)
  • Recognition during Coffin Races, and throughout the day on the Main Stage.
  • Opportunity to distribute/display promotional items at event.
  • Four Festival T-shirts, provided by Pan-Ector Industries.
  • Two Cirque du Horror tickets.
  • Banner on Coffin Race Fencing.

Monarch : $1000

  • Logo and recognition on festival posters, programs, signs, & social media.
  • Logo on all advertisements. (Sponsor to provide logo: due Sept 1st.)
  • Free booth space if desired.
  • Opportunity to distribute/display promotional items at event.
  • Banner on Coffin Race Fencing.

Jack O’ Lantern  : $650

  • Name recognition on festival program/signs, & social media.
  • Opportunity to distribute promotional items at event.
  • Banner on Coffin Race Fencing.

Harvest Moon : $350

  • Name recognition on festival program/signs & social media.
